Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content delivered is created specifically for the client and is original to the best of our professional knowledge. Upon full payment:

• The client receives full ownership and usage rights to the final delivered work.
• The Company retains no ownership rights over completed and paid deliverables.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims arising from improper, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the delivered materials.

Plagiarism & Lawful Use

We do not condone plagiarism or copyright infringement and strive to deliver original content. The Company is not responsible for:

• How the content is used after delivery
• Any legal, academic, or commercial consequences arising from misuse

Images & Third-Party Materials

Unless expressly stated:

• We do not provide copyrighted images
• We may suggest royalty-free image sources
• Responsibility for licensing paid images rests with the client

Revisions

Revisions are provided as outlined in the selected service package and apply only to the original scope of work. Once a draft or milestone is approved, further changes may be treated as a new request and billed accordingly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available on our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, or external tools.
