Refund Policy

Creative Solutions Agency believes in transparent and fair refund practices.

I. Refund Eligibility (30 Days)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • No deliverables have been shared

  • We are unable to resolve concerns through reasonable revisions

II. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has started or been delivered

  • Drafts, outlines, or milestones have been approved

  • Delays result from lack of client communication

  • The request is made after 30 days

  • The request is due to a change of mind

III. Partial Refunds

If work has commenced and the client is dissatisfied:

  • A partial refund of up to 50% may be considered

  • Refunds are subject to internal quality review

  • Decisions are made based on work completed and documented concerns

IV. Revisions First

Where possible, concerns will be addressed through revisions within the agreed scope before any refund is considered.

V. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before filing a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and will be formally disputed with evidence.

VI. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
